Practice

Three reviewers. One brief. No software to sell.

Vector Cloud Core is based on the 7th floor of Menara Promet, Jalan Sultan Ismail. We audit logistics applications — we do not implement them, host them, or licence them.

The practice exists because warehouse and transport software accumulate a second life after go-live: overrides, shadow spreadsheets, roles that were never tightened, integrations that fail quietly. Operators already know the symptoms. They ask us for an independent reading they can take to a vendor, a board, or a new operations lead.

We work in English. Floor interviews can include Bahasa Malaysia. Site days are typically in the Klang Valley, around Port Klang, and in Penang. East Malaysia engagements are scoped on their own calendar because sailings and local applications change the work.

Fees are quoted per engagement. There is no subscription and no software product. If you need implementation, we will say so and step back.

Who reads the system.

    Aisha Rahman

    Principal reviewer

Warehouse management systems and location masters

Aisha spent twelve years inside WMS roll-outs for 3PLs around Shah Alam and Port Klang before moving to independent review. She reads configuration against the floor: putaway rules, wave logic, and the quiet places where operators keep a spreadsheet because the system will not.

    Daniel Tan

    Transport systems reviewer

TMS routing, carrier allocation, and gate events

Daniel previously planned outbound for a regional distributor running daily trunks to Penang and Johor. He traces what the TMS promised against GPS, gate-in stamps at Port Klang, and the POD photos that never quite match the delivery status the customer sees.

    Mei Ling Ong

    Last-mile application reviewer

Rider apps, failed-delivery loops, and COD trails

Mei Ling comes from e-commerce operations in the Klang Valley, where condominium access, lobby hours, and incomplete geocodes decide whether a parcel lands. She audits the rider app, the customer status feed, and the cash-on-delivery ledger as one story, not three products.
