Terms of use
These terms apply to this website and to how we propose audit work. An accepted engagement brief is a separate document.

What this site is
The site describes independent audit programmes for logistics applications. Content is informational. Programme pages, durations, and examples are not an offer until we issue a written brief and you accept it. There is no account, no checkout, and no licence to any software.
Using the site
You may read and share pages with a normal browser. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs it, misrepresent affiliation with Vector Cloud Core, or use our writing as if it were a vendor certification of any warehouse or transport product. Field notes are our observations, not instructions to change a live system without your own judgement.
Requests and forms
A contact submission is a request for a proposal, not a booking. We may decline work that is outside logistics application audit, that requires attacking a system, or that we cannot staff in the calendar you need. We may take several working days to reply.
Engagements
Audit work is governed by the brief you accept: scope, site days, fee, and what we will not cover. These website terms do not replace that brief. If they conflict, the accepted brief controls for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and our findings briefs remain ours until a brief says otherwise. You keep your own data, logs, and configuration. We do not claim your warehouse processes by reviewing them.
Liability
This website is provided as published. We take care with descriptions of programmes, but we do not warrant that a page answers your operational situation. For an engagement, liability is limited as stated in the brief, and we do not accept responsibility for operational decisions you take after reading a findings document — those remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The heading date of publication is the version in force for website use. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms for the site. Accepted briefs are not rewritten by a later website change.
