Method
A review is a comparison, then a document.
We compare what the application is configured to do, what its logs record, and what the floor actually does. The output is a findings brief ordered by operational risk — not a slide deck about best practice.

Intake
You send the application name and version if you know it, the site address, the shift pattern, and the question you cannot close. We reply with a scoped brief: which programme fits, how many site days, what we will not cover, and a fixed fee. No work starts until you accept that brief in writing.

Exports
Before we travel, you produce the files the application claims it can export: location masters, a week of confirmations, exception logs, planned versus actual moves, attempt histories. If a vendor will not release a file, that refusal is recorded as a finding. We ask you to mask personal data where your process allows it.

Floor and console
Site days are spent with a supervisor login, not an administrator login, and with the people who receive, pick, plan, or dispatch. We watch a live wave, a gate queue, or a failed-delivery loop. We do not audit staff performance. We audit whether the software can see the work they are already doing.

Comparison
Configuration, exports, and observation are lined up. Mismatches become findings. Each finding names a screen, job, or table, the behaviour we saw, and a next action — configuration, process, or a question only the vendor can answer. We separate those three so a software ticket is not asked to fix a rostering habit.

Brief and close-out
You receive a written brief. If you want the implementer in the close-out, we walk the document in the same room. We do not stay to make the changes. Remediation is yours, or theirs. A re-audit can be booked after the system has become ordinary again — usually after the first peak, not during go-live week.
What we will not do
We do not sell licences, hosting, or implementation. We do not run penetration tests or attack your applications. We do not pose as mystery riders or enter a site unannounced. We do not share one client’s configuration with another. Pricing on this site is informational until a brief is issued; there is no online checkout.
