What a WMS audit actually inspects
Not a licence check and not a training day. A WMS audit is a comparison between configuration, logs, and the floor.
Kuala Lumpur · logistics application audit
Independent reading of WMS, TMS, yard, and last-mile software as they actually run — configuration, logs, and the floor — then a written brief you can hand to operations or to the implementer.
What you can book
How a review starts
We reply with a scoped brief: which application we will open, how many site days, what exports we need, and a fixed fee. Work is scheduled in week-long blocks from the Kuala Lumpur practice. We do not sell software, licences, or implementation hours.
From the floor
They walked the same wave the night shift picks, then showed us where the location master still described a mezzanine we took down in 2023.
The TMS looked healthy until they lined gate-in stamps from Port Klang against the planned departures. That single annex ended a six-month argument with the vendor.
We thought last-mile was a rider problem. The brief was about status the buyer never saw and COD tickets nobody owned.
Field notes
Not a licence check and not a training day. A WMS audit is a comparison between configuration, logs, and the floor.
A green dashboard can still sit on top of a queue nobody owns. Last-mile and TMS exceptions only matter if someone is required to close them.
Gate times, container events, and the WMS do not share a clock unless someone has made them. Here is what to gather before a reviewer lands.
