Five ways to have the application read.
Each programme is a scoped review with a written brief. You book one application at a time. If two systems blame each other, we will say so in the proposal and quote a paired engagement.
Primary programme
Warehouse management system audit
We sit with your WMS as it actually runs: location masters, wave planning, scanner exceptions, and the workarounds your supervisors already know. You receive a written findings brief and a remediation order you can hand to operations or to the implementer.
Transport management system review
We compare TMS plans with GPS traces, gate events, and POD records. The review is for operators who already run a TMS and need an independent account of where the plan and the road diverge.
Last-mile delivery application assessment
Klang Valley deliveries fail in stairwells, guard houses, and incomplete geocodes. We assess the applications that are supposed to see those failures, not the marketing story of ‘end-to-end visibility’.
Yard and dock control software audit
When the WMS is tidy and the yard is not, trucks wait. We audit the application that is supposed to sequence the gate, the yard, and the door.
Inventory and order-sync review
We follow an order and a SKU across the applications that claim to share one number. The review is for operators tired of ‘the integration is fine’ while pickers and customer service are not.
