Routing, carrier allocation, and proof-of-delivery — compared with what the trucks actually did.
We compare TMS plans with GPS traces, gate events, and POD records. The review is for operators who already run a TMS and need an independent account of where the plan and the road diverge.
What we open
How loads are built and how often planners override the optimiser. Carrier allocation rules versus the carriers you actually call at 4 p.m. Detention and demurrage flags — whether they fire, and who sees them. Gate-in and gate-out stamps for Port Klang and PTP moves, if those lanes matter to you. POD capture: photo, signature, geo-stamp, and the status the customer portal shows two hours later. We also read how the TMS talks to the WMS on cut-off, because a clean transport plan on a late warehouse wave is still a late truck.
What you receive
A lane-by-lane note of mismatches, a list of configuration and process fixes, and a short annex on data you should keep exporting even after the review ends. Useful when you are changing carriers, adding East Malaysia sailings, or arguing with a vendor about ‘the system is working as designed’.
