Inventory and order-sync review

Stock figures that disagree across WMS, marketplace, and finance — traced to the job that broke them.

One to two weeks, remote-first

Stacked cartons in a distribution warehouse

We follow an order and a SKU across the applications that claim to share one number. The review is for operators tired of ‘the integration is fine’ while pickers and customer service are not.

What we open

Available-to-promise versus on-hand versus allocated. Marketplace and storefront stock pushes: timing, retries, and who is notified on failure. Returns that restore stock in one system and not another. Cycle-count adjustments that never reach finance. We ask for exportable logs; if a vendor will not provide them, that fact becomes a finding.

What you receive

A sync map, a list of broken or silent jobs, and a recommended monitoring set you can keep after we leave. We do not rebuild your middleware. We tell you which link to fix first.

Who this is for

Retailers and 3PLs selling on more than one channel, or anyone who has just changed ERP, WMS, or a marketplace connector and does not trust the numbers yet.
