Last-mile delivery application assessment
Rider app, customer status, and cash-on-delivery — treated as one trail.
Klang Valley deliveries fail in stairwells, guard houses, and incomplete geocodes. We assess the applications that are supposed to see those failures, not the marketing story of ‘end-to-end visibility’.
What we open
Geocoding quality for condominiums, shop-lots, and kampung addresses. Access notes: lobby hours, guard procedures, and whether they survive a rider change. Failed-delivery loops — how many attempts, who decides to return to depot, and whether the customer app tells the same story. Status mismatch between rider device, dispatcher console, and buyer notification. COD collection, handover, and reconciliation. We sample live or recent stops with your operations lead; we do not ride along unannounced.
What you receive
A mapped set of failure types with the screen or API where each one should have been visible. A recommended change list for product and operations, separated so you can brief a vendor without mixing floor policy into a software ticket.
Who this is for
E-commerce operators, last-mile contractors, and 3PLs running buyer-facing tracking in Malaysia. If you only need a warehouse review, start with the WMS audit instead.
